Our season is now well under way, with house league games going on weekly and weekend league games in Kingston and Ottawa. If you are interested in joining ringette, however, it is never too late to begin. Please contact us at one of the numbers below and we can arrange for you to attend one of our practices.

If you are interested in finding out what ringette is all about you are welcome to give ringette a try at one of our free “come-try-ringette” events . Although we are now finished holding these events for the Fall, we will have a few more in the Spring - details will be posted below as they become available. In the meantime, you can watch some exciting ringette games in Kingston - just click on the schedule link to the left to find out when we play.

If you do want to try ringette, don't worry if you don't have the equipment. Thanks to a grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation we now have sets of equipment that children can borrow for the sessions. All they need to bring is a pair of skates (hockey skates or even figure skates) and a helmet.
